Stage 3 of Healing Trauma

Burning that is not necessary and healing that is wounded.
The element of fire was one of the cardinal elements for the beginning of creation. It purifies the inside and outside environment, by burning that is not necessary and healing that is wounded. Fire is that burns the food, cooks the food and digest the food. Fire stimulates your three senses out of five. Starting with eyes, then skin and then nose. When the sight, touch and smell comes into alignment you start re-grounding in your reality which leads to transformation through choosing to heal.
When we light a diya, candle or a match stick. Our eye muscles instantly starts responding and our conscious mind comes into awareness of the present moment. The subconscious mind starts gathering the moments stored in its long term memory which was equally enlightening. When we hold a burning diya, candle or a match stick the skin feels the warmth, heat. The conscious starts feeling a little safe in the present moment and subconscious gathers the memories stored of feeling safe and protected. This association dates back to dark ages, the nights were life threatening and keeping the fire alive made them safe and protected.

When the fuel starts burning which can be wood, oil, ghee, camphor, phosphorus, petrol and so on... your sense of smell becomes aware and comes into the present moment. The smell triggers your subconscious to gather all your memories of reaching a safe place safely flowing the comforting trail of smell, the subconscious mind opens the path to your healing. The path that you consciously choose by putting conscious efforts to light up and follow the lead of your three senses.
Prescribing specific candles is part of your healingt plan. And it's a sign of a sensible mature personality to not compare your healing plan with another, while you are in the process. When the psychologist is advising you just listen and do it. The steps are guided. Once you have achieved enough grounding of senses then you can compare and seek the answers, justification and so on...
