Alternative of sleeping ? Interesting.
If you didn’t need sleep, what would you do with all the extra time?
We sleep for 8 to 9 hours in a day.
The alternative of sleeping for me would be enhancing my co-curriculam activities.
I would spread my 9 hours in maintaining the plants, then reading, then activity for kids, grooming.
I will just stretch my days activity in my sleep time. No biggie….
But the don’t definitely would be . No snacking, no binge watching useless reels, shorts, or whining.
The easiest way to de-clutter life is to focus on don’t when their is no clarity temporarily.
