1. Being in my early 30s, I would spend less time dreaming. I still do considerably less compared to others. I would turn my thoughts into one action at a time.
2. I would like to consume less white sugar. I have a sweet tooth, and sometimes I slip. But in a longer time frame, it is not good for aging.
3. I would like to reduce neglecting my skin routine. It is a very bad habit to not do the normal cleaning and hydrating before bed.
4. Till I turn 50. I would like to have zero expectations from anyone in this world. Thinking about that phase makes me so peaceful and focused.
